AMBER/GOURMAND
 
Inspired by the southern candy treat, Pink Praline opens with a twist on tradition with a shot of pink grapefruit, followed by an accord of chocolate, caramel and vanilla. A house made maple reduction that is then tinctured and used like an aroma element adds to the pecan note. Because without pecans there would be no praline... 
The fenugreek lends an unusual and transient vegetal note in the mid opening that along with the grapefruit keeps this candy treat from going overboard with the sugar and sweetness. 
If it were a culinary creation the grapefruit would be the acid note that tames the heaviness of the dish. 
 
Batch Info: Updated 10/2023. this is the exact same formula minus the honey absolute. There are no detectable differences in the finished perfume other than the differences in the maple tincture from batch to batch. However, this has always been the case.
